I can’t find a product. How do I search for it? A Search box is located directly above the Category menu on the left-hand side of every page or click on the search link located at the top of every page. Simply choose a category, enter a price range, or enter a keyword or description that you would like to search for such as “hemp”, “baby”, or “candles” and click the CONTINUE button below. The store will show you how many search results your search returned before you actually run the search. If you wish to see the search results click CONTINUE again. A results page will be displayed with the products that match the search that you entered in the Search box. You can choose how many search results to see on the search results pages by using the "Results per Page" drop-down menu.
How do I add items to my Shopping Cart? On the left-hand side of every page in AllGreenThings.com is a Category menu. Select a category that you would like to browse by clicking on the category name. A products page will be displayed showing a small image of all the products in that category plus the product names and prices. If there are a lot of products for that category, multiple pages will be necessary to display all the products. Click on the Next number at the bottom of the products page to move to the next page. If you see a product that you would like to know more about, click on the image or product name to see additional information. If you would like to add this item to your Shopping Cart, click on the “Color” box to select a color, click on the “Size” box to select the size, and click on the “Qty” box to select the quantity or number of items that you would like to add to your Shopping Cart.
Adding items to your Shopping Cart does not commit you to purchasing the items. You always have the opportunity to remove items from your Shopping Cart or to change the size, color and quantity.
Can I change or remove items in my Shopping Cart? Yes and it is easy. To checkout or change items in your Shopping Cart, click on the Shopping Cart button at the top of each All Green Things page on the right-hand side. This will display a page showing “Items in Shopping Cart”. If you wish to change the quantity of an item, simply click on the box in the “Qty” column for the item, enter the new number of items that you would like, and then click on the Recalculate button at the bottom of the list of products in your Shopping Cart.
If you wish to remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click on the Remove button to the right of the item in your Shopping Cart. If you wish to change the size or color of an item, you will need to remove it from your Shopping Cart and then go back to the product page to reenter the item with the new size or color.
Can I save items in my Shopping Cart and continue shopping another time? No. If you wish to save products in your shopping cart save items in your Add To Wish List Cart. Click on the Add To Wishlist button at the bottom of each quantity box for the product that you would like to save in your Wish List Cart.
To save items in your Wish List Cart, you will need to be logged into your personal account. If you are not already logged into your personal account, you will be asked to log into your account if you already are signed up for an account or to register for a personal shopping account at All Green Things if you do not already have a personal shopping account. Creating a personal shopping account at AllGreenThings.com is easy, quick and safe.
You can always find your Saved Products listed under the My Account information at the top right side of page.
To return back to your Shopping Cart from your Wish List Cart, click the View Checkout button at the top right hand side of the page above Customer Account information.
How do I order? Place items that you wish to order from AllGreenThings.com in your shopping cart as described in the shopping section above. To checkout and place an order, click on the Shopping Cart Checkout button at the top of each page. Review the Items In Shopping Cart page for correctness. If all is correct, click the Checkout button in the upper right hand corner to continue the checkout process.
You must enter your e-mail address before proceeding. If you have previously ordered from AllGreenThings.com then we already have your billing information and you can input your existing password to sign-in. If not an existing customer you can chose to sign up for a new account or proceed without creating an account with a password.
You must now enter your billing and shipping information. You will then be prompted to choose which shipping you would like. Review the billing and shipping information to make sure that it is correct at the bottom of the page, and then select the Payment Method. If you have a Discount, Gift Card or Certificate Code, enter it in the Code box and click the Recalculate button. Click the Continue button at the bottom right side to continue the payment process. Review the Order Summary. Enter your credit card number and expiration date and click the Place Order button to complete the payment transaction.
If I want to change or cancel my order, whom do I contact? If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason after you have completed the online order processing at AllGreenThings.com, please send an email to
with Cancel Order in the subject field. If you order has not shipped yet, we will be able to quickly handle any changes that you would like to make. Most orders ship within 24 hours except on weekends and Sundays. If you order has already shipped than we will need to do an exchange or refund for your order.
What are your payment options? There are various payment options available at our Dedicated ECO Shop such as Credit Card, Check etc. Select the option most suitable to you in the "Payment Method" area while creating an order. For example if you wish to pay by Check, select this option to create the order. You can send us the payment to our address. Please make sure to quote the correct order number when sending your payment. If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department. Our online orders are placed using a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover Card, Visa and Master Card. If you prefer to not pay by credit card, you can pay by check or money order. How do I redeem coupons online? From time to time, we offer special coupons which are easily redeemable online. After you have placed your items in your Shopping Cart, proceed through the checkout process with your coupon code handy. During the checkout process enter the code in the Certificate Code box at the bottom of the page of the checkout process and then click the Recalculate button. Coupon codes are case sensitive; please type the code exactly as it appears on your coupon. Your discount will be applied and you will see the price after your Coupon has been applied.

How do I place an order for a gift? To have your order sent to someone else as a gift, enter his or her name and address in the Ship To section during the online checkout process. When confirming shipping and billing information this is when you can choose for the product to be gift-wrapped. Under the item there will be a GiftWrapping Edit button. Click Edit and this will enable you to chose a gift wrapping option with a message. We wrap all of our products in a recycled paper and we include a recycled gift card for all our customers.
How do I check my order status? Within minutes after submitting your order online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your email confirmation will also contain a Track button that you can click to track the status of your order after it has been shipped. When your order is shipped (and that is usually within 24 hours), you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. If your order was shipped within the U.S. then you will also receive a U.S. Postal Service tracking number so that you can track your shipment.

How long will it take? Not long. We're committed to getting your package to you as quickly as possible. We ship within the United States, it's territories, and APO/FPO addresses (with international shipping coming soon!).
We make every effort to ship your order promptly, usually within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed and authorized. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
Most orders are shipped via UPS and shipment should take 4-7 business days. Larger items are delivered via freight companies and may take longer (see below). Some items may be shipped direct from the manufacturer and may take longer.
Delivery charges for larger items Several of our large size or heavy items are shipped through a freight company. A delivery surcharge is indicated in the product description where this is applicable. We will contact you with delivery specifics upon your order. Also, some items cannot be shipped via Express delivery and this is also noted on the product page.
Here at All Green Things we are committed to doing our part to keep our shipping process green. Recycling previously used boxes and packaging whenever we can is one of the many ways that we accomplish our mission. So, the next time you get a box and you see Styrofoam peanuts, don't fret – we didn't buy them, we are recycling them and we encourage you to do the same. If you can't use them, please take them to a local UPS store or other packaging store that can reuse them.
We also shred office paper and use Delta Nuts (Deltapaper Nuts are made from 100% recycled materials, which are primarily old corrugated cartons, and box, and bag clippings) to stuff boxes. When we do purchase boxes, we purchase our boxes from Treecycle Recycled Paper (boxes are made with 30% recycled content) or Re-Used/Re-claimed boxes from different box companies in the Los Angeles area. All Green Things is committed to doing its part to minimize our footprint on the earth.
Why should I setup an account? It's free and it's easy. We like to think of it as convenience shopping because it allows you to keep all of your billing and shipping information securely saved in one place. Being registered will also speed up the checkout process for future purchases. And, after you register, you can review the status of all pending orders for your account. Why enter in your information over and over again? It's just one more way to make your shopping experience effortless.
How do I register? Registering is easy and quick. During checkout when you order from All Green Things, you will be asked to sign into your account. If you have not registered before, you will be asked to enter your name, billing and shipping formation. Enter the information once and you are all done! You are now registered with All Green Things and your information is secure and private.

How do I change my account information? To change your account information, click on the Customer Account: Register/Login tab at the top right of each page on AllGreenThings.com and then log into your account by supplying your account email address and your password. This will take you into your Account page where you can click on Modify Personal Information.
What if I forget my password? If you forget your password, click on “Forgot Your Password?” and we will email your password to you.
Does All Green Things have an unconditional guarantee? Yes! What if I need to return or exchange an item? All items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. We recommend that if you choose to ship your items back via US Post Office that you opt for delivery confirmation. That way you can be sure that your package arrived as scheduled.
What is your privacy policy? We take your privacy and shopping security very, very seriously. We never, ever supply your customer information to anyone. Never. Your name and address are completely safe. Your trust is very important to us and we will not violate that trust in anyway. This is our pledge to you.
How will the personal information I submit be used? The personal information that you enter when you register with AllGreenThings.com or when you order is used to bill and ship your order to you.
Your customer contact information may also be used for our newsletter and when there are questions regarding an order. Users may decline future mailings.
Is it safe for me to order by credit card? Yes. We have taken precautions to insure that your shopping experience is private, safe, secure and enjoyable. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alterations of the information under our control. All customer information (like your e-mail address and credit card information) is transferred using HTTPS (secure http) and SSL (Secure Socket Layer)—meaning, all data is encrypted by your browser and then decrypted by the Web server (our site), rendering the information unreadable.
Your credit card is not stored in any of our databases so there are no concerns about someone hacking our systems and getting your credit card information.
