This beautiful Moroccan Dog Basket is just the fashion accessory of the season for you. Enjoy spending as much time as possible together with your furry pal. Now, I only wish my Boxer would fit!
Basket Care:
If treated well, our baskets should last for years—they are sturdy, flexible and strong. They are woven from wild grasses, water reed or palm leaf, and dyed leather.
To clean, entire basket may be submerged in soapy water (for the exception of leather), scrubbed with a soft brush, rinsed and set in the sun to dry. Allow the basket to dry thoroughly to prevent mold. You may reshape the basket when wet.
To clean leather, use a mild leather soap.
Information:
These baskets are hand woven in Moroccan villages, typically by farmers for extra income. The leather is then added in Marrakech before being shipped to the US. The baskets are woven from sustainably grown palm leaf, water reed and wild grasses. The leather is either goat or cow and is dyed using traditional techniques for leather treatment.
