The strands drape from 19 inches to 26 inches with a shepherd hook clasp.
Color combinations: Multi-Colored, Pink/ Lavender, Aqua/Blue, Gold/Yellow, & Green. Please specify in the comments at checkout which color you prefer. Please remember that no two are alike and the gemstones that are used change from necklace to necklace. It’s like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonna get.
Zendik artists are taking a tiny portion of recycled magazine waste and transforming it into paper beads, turning recycled material into beautiful jewelry rich with color. The artists combine the paper beads with gemstones and glass. Each magazine bead is sealed to protect it while wearing, but not suited for swimming or showering. Every necklace is one of a kind.

Every year more than 9 billion of the 12 billion magazines published in the United States either wind up in landfills or get incinerated. Each bead in these necklaces is hand crafted by Zendik artists using paper recycled from magazines and catalogs that would have otherwise been thrown away. There is much beauty to be found in recycled materials. We like to think of the paper beads as tiny time capsules preserving pictures of lost tribes, great women, the wildness of nature, the Titanic and so much more!
